Terms of Use

Global Auto Hub provides automotive marketplace data via REST API:

• Listings from 8 global marketplaces in one normalized schema
• Documentation, code examples and a sandbox for test requests
• Changes feed (delta-sync) by change_id cursor
• Paid access with an API key — after payment via YooKassa

Service benefits

Direct API access to normalized data without your own parsers, proxies or anti-bot workarounds.

• For paid access, provide a valid email and pay for the selected plan
• An API key is issued automatically after payment confirmation and duplicated by email
• A previously purchased key can be restored via email OTP (header button on the site)
• Keep the key confidential — all requests with the key are deemed the owner's actions
• If compromised — notify us immediately via Telegram @globalahub or legal@global-auto-hub.ru

Allowed

• Market research, price analysis, inventory management
• Integrating the API into your business apps within plan limits
• Syncing a listings database via /offers and /changes

Prohibited

• Bypassing plan limits or technical restrictions
• Bulk copying the database to build a competing service
• Reselling access without written consent from the Operator
• Actions that impose excessive load on infrastructure
• Using data in violation of third-party rights or Russian law

• Daily request quota is defined by the plan
• Renewal — place a new order for the same email and marketplace set

We aim to provide up-to-date normalized data from 8 marketplaces. Sources are dynamic — information may change. We recommend validating critical business decisions with multiple data points.

• Rights to software, design, documentation and the Global Auto Hub brand belong to the Operator
• You receive a non-exclusive right to use the API within your paid plan
• Rights to source marketplace listings belong to their respective owners

The Service and API are provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect damages or decisions based on API data.

Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for access in the last 12 months, unless mandatory Russian law provides otherwise.

We will notify you of material changes 30 days in advance by email and site publication. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, unless prohibited by law.

Relations are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are heard at the court of the Operator's registration after a claim to legal@global-auto-hub.ru (10 business days to respond).
