Public Offer

The Contractor grants the Customer temporary access to the Global Auto Hub REST API as defined by the selected plan:

• Source marketplaces selected at checkout
• Daily request quota per plan
• Access term (rental months)
• A unique API key and documentation

Current plans and prices are on the Pricing page. Prices are in RUB and include taxes per the Contractor's tax regime.

• The Customer selects marketplaces and term, provides email and pays via YooKassa
• The Service is provided upon API key issuance on the success page and/or email delivery
• Access runs from the payment date for the selected period
• Renewal — a new order for the same email and marketplaces; the term is added to any remaining license period
• An electronic receipt is sent to email by the payment service (Federal Law No. 54-FZ)

Transparent pricing

Price = per-platform price × number of platforms × months. Locked at payment time. Plan changes do not affect already paid periods.

Payment method

Cashless payment via YooKassa. The Customer's payment obligation is fulfilled upon successful payment confirmation.

Contractor

• Provide API access within plan limits
• Maintain availability with reasonable technical downtime
• Handle inquiries via support channels

Customer

• Provide a valid email and comply with the Terms of Use
• Not share the API key with third parties
• Comply with plan limits and Russian law

The Service is digital API access provided electronically. After the key is issued, access is deemed delivered.

• A refund is available if the key was not issued within a reasonable time after confirmed payment due to the Contractor's fault
• Otherwise — as required by Russian consumer protection law
• Request to legal@global-auto-hub.ru: order email, payment date, reason. Response within 10 business days

The Contractor's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Parties are excused for force majeure.

• This Offer is valid until withdrawn; withdrawal does not affect existing contracts
• Changes for new orders — publication of a new version on the site
