What language is the data in? Can I get Russian?

Brands and models are always in English for every source (Chinese/Korean sources are translated; the original is kept in data.extra_prep.make_zh / model_zh / city_zh / city_ko). Characteristic values (body type, fuel, transmission, drive, colour, seller type) are canonical English by default; add ?lang=ru to any /offers, /offer or /changes call to get those values in Russian, plus a labels map (field → Russian name). No field ever contains hieroglyphs except the free-text description.

How do I keep my data fresh?

Use /change_id to get a start cursor, then poll /changes — every added / changed / removed event arrives with the full listing data.
